Okay, so I know it’s been a while, and I plan on getting back to writing on my readings (quite a few in the interim.) But for now just a general update of things going on around me.
Right now, this very instant, I am waiting for the bus to come run me over. ‘Cause things are going too well for me at the moment. I have an interview later this week (finally!), my first grade has come in and I’m happy with it, and shortly I will receive in the mail my new camera!
Wait, you say, you’re poor and can’t afford to buy a new camera.
That’s right. Totally. But I didn’t buy one. Pentax thinks I’m just a darn good guy and decided to send me one, along with some goodies to go along with it. (Proof for you doubters that someone actually does win those "register for a chance to win" raffles.) More news after my own shock and skepticism wears off - about a week after I actually get it.
So, naturally, I’m looking both ways before crossing the street and being extra careful around the apartment. Never know when a bus is going to come barelling down the street and ruin your week.
